Train to Sachsenhausen is a history-oriented game that delves into the significant events surrounding the closure of Czech universities in November 1939.

Players experience a series of days in the life of a medical student amidst protests against the German occupation. The narrative encompasses key moments such as the funeral of Jan Opletal, arrests at university dormitories, detention in Ruzyně prison, and subsequent deportation to the Sachsenhausen concentration camp in Germany.

The game features an integrated virtual museum curated by professional historians. This museum showcases testimonies and memories from actual witnesses of this historical period, along with original documents and photographs from that era.

The educational game was developed by Charles Games and Živá paměť, receiving financial support from the EVZ Foundation as part of the Young People Remember programme.
